Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, said Patents, as the case may be, with an assignment for security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the assignment for security, the form of such assignment for security to be substantially the same as the form hereof or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of acquisition of a Patent or Copyright, or of filing of an application for a Patent or Copyright, the relevant Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Patent or Copyright or such application, as the case may be, with a grant of security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 60 days of the acquisition or issuance of a Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered copyright, each Debtor shall deliver to the Purchasers a copy of said Copyright or certificate or registration of said Patents, as the case may be, with an assignment for security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Purchasers and at the expense of such Debtor, confirming the assignment for security, in such form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Purchasers.
Other Patents and Copyrights. Within 30 days of acquisition of any Patent or Copyright, or of filing of an application for any Patent or Copyright, each Pledgor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of such Patent or Copyright or such application, as the case may be, with a grant of security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.
Other Patents and Copyrights. In accordance with Section 4.8(a) hereof, within ten Business Days of acquisition of a United States Patent or Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Grantor shall deliver to the Administrative Agent an updated Perfection Certificate, together with a copy of said Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, with a grant of security as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such confirmatory grant to be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
Other Patents and Copyrights. Upon acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the relevant Grantor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent an updated Schedule 11 of the Perfection Certificate on or prior to the next Quarterly Update Date, with, if requested by the Collateral Agent, a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of such Grantor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Exhibit A or B hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
Other Patents and Copyrights. Each Assignor shall, on a quarterly basis, deliver to the Collateral Agent (a) a copy of the first page of each Patent or Copyright issued after the date hereof and (b) a grant of security in such Patent or Copyright, or application thereof as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent, confirming the grant thereof hereunder, the form of such grant to be substantially the same as the form hereof.
Other Patents and Copyrights. At the end of each calendar quarter following the acquisition or issuance of a United States Patent, registration of a Copyright, or acquisition of a registered Copyright, or of filing of an application for a United States Patent or Copyright, the Assignor shall deliver to the Collateral Agent a copy of said Copyright or Patent, or certificate or registration of, or application therefor, as the case may be, with a grant of a security interest as to such Patent or Copyright, as the case may be, to the Collateral Agent and at the expense of the Assignor, confirming the grant of a security interest, the form of such grant of a security interest to be substantially in the form of Annex M or N hereto, as appropriate, or in such other form as may be reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.
