Maintenance of Effort. The Site Developer shall maintain a level of aggregate expenditures for its other projects or activities, which is not less than the level of aggregate expenditures, which existed prior to the execution of this Agreement. The Site Developer shall promptly notify the Grantee of any matters having a material tendency to affect compliance with this requirement.
