Common use of Maintaining Coverage Clause in Contracts

Maintaining Coverage. The Group will give Delta Dental a list of any Plan additions, changes, or terminations on or before the first day of each month. Delta Dental is not required to provide Benefits for a Subscriber or Dependent not on the list or for whom the monthly Premium is not paid.
