Common use of Maintain Insurance Policies Clause in Contracts

Maintain Insurance Policies. Before the commencement of Train Services, the Access Holder must, at its expense, take out and subsequently maintain current at all times during the Term insurance with a corporation (as defined in the Corporations Act) licensed to conduct insurance business in Australia (or otherwise reasonably acceptable to Aurizon Network) those policies of insurance required by this Agreement.
