Common use of Mail Services Clause in Contracts

Mail Services. The Association will have the right to use the District’s mail services and employee mailboxes provided said use does not violate any federal or state statute and does not require added costs for the District. The Association agrees not to distribute any information through the District’s mail system which is not in the best interest of the District or its normal operation.
