Machine. VLI hereby agrees to sell, and, subject to acceptance as provided in Section 5.1, FIBERSTARS hereby agrees to purchase the MACHINE, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The MACHINE is being sold in an “as is” condition, without any warranty, express or implied, except as provided in Paragraph 7.
