LOSS/THEFT/DAMAGE. 1. The University and the Fraternity/Sorority shall not be liable for any damage to or loss of personal property in the room(s) or storage areas assigned to the student or any other person. Students are advised to confirm the availability of insurance coverage for their personal property under their parents’ homeowner’s insurance and, if appropriate, to obtain Renter’s Insurance.
