Loss of Entitlements. 9.3In addition to all other rights and remedies available to the Company, the Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Executive will immediately lose and not be entitled to the payments and benefits set out in Article 6 herein if the Executive breaches any of the covenants in Articles 6, 7 or 8 herein.
