Loss Leader Prohibition. If this Agreement involves the purchase of goods, this section applies: Contractor shall not sell or use any article or product as a “loss leader” as defined in Section 17030 of the Business and Professions Code. Priority Hiring. If the Contract Amount is over $200,000 and this Agreement is for services (other than Consulting Services), this section applies: Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by this Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code section 11200 in accordance with PCC 10353.
