Longevity Supplement. Each employee will receive a longevity supplement to the hourly pay rate of five ($.05) cents per hour, per year of service with the City of Mount Xxxxxx, to be paid beginning with the completion of the fifth (5th) year of employment. (Example: Beginning the sixth (6th) year of service, a member would receive twenty five cents ($.25) per hour, and at the completion of each successive year, the member would receive an additional five cents ($.05)).
Longevity Supplement. An employee shall be entitled to additional compensation for longevity after five (5) years of continuous service with the Xxxxxxx Township Public Works Department from the date of his last hiring. Beginning with the sixth year of his continuous service and cumulatively for each year of continuous service thereafter, he shall receive an annual wage supplement of Sixty Dollars ($60.00). Wage supplements for longevity shall become effective on April 1st of each calendar year. Employees who attain six (6) years or more of continuous service during the calendar year shall receive the appropriate longevity increase beginning April 1st of that calendar year.

Longevity Supplement. One can acquire longevity experience in the identical sport activity, program, or production.   • Supplemental Services For requests for supplemental services relating to eBuyITT Invoice Processing by Service Receiver not mentioned in this Schedule or not included within the costs documented in this agreement, Service Receiver will provide a discreet project request and submit such request to Service Provider using the formalized Change Request attached as Annex A for consideration by Service Provider. Where notice is required a number of business days prior to some required action by Service Provider, notice must be received by 12 noon Eastern Time to be counted as received during such business day. Service Provider shall, within a commercially reasonable period, provide a price quote to be commercially reasonable based on the current cost of the Services to Service Receiver taking into account, such items as the specific time the request was made, service delivery volumes, exit planning activities, and other activities Service Provider is currently engaged in at the time of the request, but not later than 30 days after the request was made. If Service Provider, in its sole discretion determines (i) such request would increase the ongoing operating costs for Service Provider (as a service recipient) or any other service receiver or (ii) that it is not capable of making such changes with its current staff during the time period requested without interrupting the Services provided to itself or any other service receiver. Service Provider need not provide a price quote or perform the services. Where a price quote is provided, Service Provider shall provide the service requested upon acceptance of the price.

  • TIPS Sales and Supplemental Agreements If awarded, when making a sale under this awarded contract, the terms of the specific TIPS order, including but not limited to: shipping, freight, insurance, delivery, fees, bonding, cost, delivery expectations and location, returns, refunds, terms, conditions, cancellations, defects, order assistance, etc., shall be controlled by the purchase agreement (Purchase Order, Contract, AIA Contract, Invoice, etc.) (“Supplemental Agreement” as used herein) entered into between the TIPS Member Customer and Vendor only. TIPS is not a party to any Supplemental Agreement. All Supplemental Agreements shall include Vendor’s Name, as known to TIPS, and TIPS Contract Name and Number. Vendor accepts and understands that TIPS is not a legal party to TIPS Sales and Vendor is solely responsible for identifying fraud, mistakes, unacceptable terms, or misrepresentations for the specific order prior to accepting. Vendor agrees that any order issued from a customer to Vendor, even when processed through TIPS, constitutes a legal contract between the customer and Vendor only. When Vendor accepts or fulfills an order, even when processed through TIPS, Vendor is representing that Vendor has carefully reviewed the order for legality, authenticity, and accuracy and TIPS shall not be liable or responsible for the same. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this TIPS Vendor Agreement and those contained in any Supplemental Agreement, the provisions set forth herein shall control unless otherwise agreed to and authorized by the Parties in writing within the Supplemental Agreement. The Supplemental Agreement shall dictate the scope of services, the project delivery expectations, the scheduling of projects and milestones, the support requirements, and all other terms applicable to the specific sale(s) between the Vendor and the TIPS Member.

  • SUPPLEMENTAL SALARY SCHEDULE 12.01 Every effort shall be made by the Board to post supplemental positions in a timely manner each school year. Teachers in the bargaining unit may apply for the supplemental vacancy within ten (10) working days of each posting. CITY shall reimburse COUNTY its 14 full, actual costs of providing such supplemental services at an amount 15 computed by SHERIFF, based on the current year's COUNTY law 16 enforcement cost study. The cost of these supplemental services shall be in 17 addition to the Maximum Obligation of CITY set forth in Subsection G-2 of 18 this Agreement.   • Supplemental Life Insurance In addition to the life insurance benefits provided by this agreement, employees may subscribe voluntarily and at their own expense for supplemental life insurance.   • Obligations Supplemental The obligations of the Receiver, and the Corporation as guarantor in accordance with Section 12.7, to provide indemnification under this Article XII are to supplement any amount payable by any Primary Indemnitor to the Person indemnified under this Article XII.
