Common use of Longevity Pay/Eligibility Clause in Contracts

Longevity Pay/Eligibility. All employees having completed five (5) years of service at any time during the term of this Agreement with the City of Watertown shall receive longevity pay in addition to their regular salary on the following schedule. Longevity pay will be $5.75 per month for each year of service, e.g.: An employee with ten (10) years of service shall receive $57.50 per month longevity pay.
