LONGEVITY LEAVE. 137. Employees shall be granted paid longevity leave days in conformity with the Charter to be taken on days selected by the employee subject to approval of the appointing officer and not subject to carry-over, as follows: After two years continuous service, one leave day. After five years continuous service, two leave days. After seven years continuous service, four leave days. After ten years continuous service, six leave days. After fifteen years continuous service, seven leave days.
