Longevity Increment. 1. The longevity increment shall continue to be provided to paraprofessionals who have completed twenty-two (22) years or more of service with the Pittsburgh Public Schools and who have a rating of “satisfactory.” It shall continue to become available to eligible paraprofession- als either in September or in February, whichever month is applicable, immediately following their completion of twenty-two (22) years of service with the Pittsburgh Public Schools. 2.
