Long-term outreach. Increase investment in outstanding outreaching activity across primary, secondary and further education age-phases with school and college partners to raise aspiration and attainment levels at level 2 and 3. From 2017/18 we will introduce a pre-16 progression programme targeting WP students from Y9-Y11. The scheme will aim to recruit an initial 100 participants in Year 9 and 100 in Year 10 in 2017/18, increasing to 300 participants in 2018.
