  • Returning Company Documents I agree that, at the time of leaving the employ of the Company, I will deliver to the Company (and will not keep in my possession, recreate or deliver to anyone else) any and all devices, records, data, notes, reports, proposals, lists, correspondence, specifications, drawings blueprints, sketches, materials, equipment, other documents or property, or reproductions of any aforementioned items developed by me pursuant to my employment with the Company or otherwise belonging to the Company, its successors or assigns. In the event of the termination of my employment, I agree to sign and deliver the “Termination Certification” attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Lost Checks Any paycheck that is lost after receipt or that is not delivered within seven (7) days of mailing, shall be replaced not later than five (5) working days following the unit member's written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check. For unit members who have automatic deposit, any pay warrant not deposited on the date of the automatic deposit shall be replaced not later than three (3) working days following the unit member’s written request to the Payroll Department for replacement of the check.

  • Returned Checks In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, Transfer Agent or its agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the relevant Fund or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued as a result of such check or order; and (iii) take such actions as Transfer Agent may from time to time deem appropriate.

  • Subsidiaries and Equity Investments (a) Schedule 4.3 sets forth (i) the name of each corporation which iChance will own at the date of Closing, directly or indirectly, shares of capital stock having in the aggregate 10% or more of the total combined voting power of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock entitled to vote generally in the election of directors of such corporation (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Subsidiaries" and individually as a "Subsidiary") (ii) the name of each corporation, partnership, joint venture or other entity (other than the Subsidiaries) in which iChance has, or pursuant to any agreement has the right to acquire at any time by any means, directly or indirectly, an equity interest or investment; (iii) in the case of each of such corporations described in clauses (i) and (ii) above, (A) the jurisdiction of incorporation, (B) the capitalization thereof and the percentage of each class of capital voting stock owned by iChance, (C) a description of any contractual limitations on the holder's ability to vote or alienate such securities, (D) a description of any outstanding options or other rights to acquire securities of such corporation, and (E) a description of any other contractual provision to which iChance is subject which would materially limit or impair any of iChance's ownership of such entity or interest or its ability to effectively exercise the full rights of ownership of such entity or interest; and (iv) in the case of each of such unincorporated entities, information substantially equivalent to that provided pursuant to clause (iii) above with regard to corporate entities.

  • Credit Checks 9.1 The Customer agrees that:

  • E-CHECK TRANSACTIONS You may authorize a merchant or other payee to make a one-time electronic payment from Your checking Account using information from Your check ("E-Check") to: (a) pay for purchases; or (b) pay bills.

  • Union Check-Off The Employer agrees to the monthly check-off of all Union Dues, Assessments, Initiation Fees, and written assignments of amounts equal to Union Dues. The check-off monies deducted in accordance with the above paragraph shall be remitted to the Union by the Employer within two (2) weeks of the end of each month. The Employer shall provide the Union's Provincial Office with a list of all employees hired, and all employees who have left the employ of the Employer (who shall be designated as terminated and shall include discharges, resignations, retirements and deaths) in the previous month along with a list of all employees in the bargaining unit and their employee status and the amount of dues or equivalent monies currently being deducted for each employee.
