Common use of LOCK KEYS Clause in Contracts

LOCK KEYS. No additional locks or bolts of any kind shall be placed on any of --------- the doors or windows by Tenant. Tenant shall, on the termination of Tenant's tenancy, deliver to Landlord all keys to any space within the Building either furnished to or otherwise procured by Tenant, and in the event of the loss of any keys furnished, Tenant shall pay to (1) Tenant obtains Landlord's consent which will not be unreasonably delayed; withheld or
