Common use of Locations of Borrower Clause in Contracts

Locations of Borrower. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Borrower is located at the address of the Borrower set forth in Section 8.3 or at such other location as the Borrower may have, by proper written notice hereunder, advised the Lender, provided that such other location is within a state in which appropriate financing statements from the Borrower in favor of the Lender have been filed.

Locations of Borrower. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Borrower is located at the address of the Borrower set forth in Section 8.3 8.4 or at such other location as the Borrower may have, by proper written notice hereunder, advised the Lender, provided that such other location is within a state in which appropriate financing statements from the Borrower in favor of the Lender have been filed.

Locations of Borrower. The principal place of business and --------------------- chief executive office of the Borrower and the Guarantor is located at the respective address of the Borrower and the Guarantor set forth in Section 8.3 8.6 or at such other location as the Borrower and/or the Guarantor may have, by proper written notice hereunder, advised the Lender, provided that such other location is within a state jurisdiction in which appropriate financing statements or similar documents from the Borrower and/or the Guarantor in favor of the Lender have been filed.

Locations of Borrower. The principal place of business and chief executive office of the Borrower is located at the address of the Borrower set forth in Section 8.3 11.3 or at such other location as the Borrower may have, by proper written notice hereunder, advised the Lender, Administrative Agent; provided that such other location is within a state in which appropriate financing statements from the Borrower in favor of the Lender Administrative Agent have been filed.. 1.16 1.17
