Location/Postings. The Employer will provide bulletin boards in suitable locations which may be used by Local 00 Bargaining Unit for posting notices of the following types: a. Notices of Union recreational and social events b. Notices of Union elections c. Notices of results of Union elections d. Notices of Union meetings e. Notices pertinent to the administration of the Union All such notices are to be signed by the Chapter Chairperson. One (1) board shall be located in each County building with the Circuit Courthouse having two (2).
