Location/Postings. The Employer will provide a bulletin board in the following designated work areas: Friend of the Court, Court Services Division of Circuit Court, Probate Court, District Court, Galliver Building, and Court House which may be used by the Union for posting notices of the following types: (a) Notices of Union recreational and social events (b) Notices of Union elections (c) Notices of results of Union elections (d) Notices of Union meetings (e) Notices pertinent to the administration of the Union Additional boards may be requested by the President, in writing, to the Human Resource Director. Consideration will be given where the Union demonstrates a need. All such notices are to be authorized by the President.

Location/Postings. The Employer will provide bulletin boards in suitable locations which may be used by both bargaining units 00 and 01 for posting notices of the following types: a) Notices of Union recreational and social events b) Notices of Union elections c) Notices of results of Union elections d) Notices of Union meetings e) Notices pertinent to the administration of the Union All such notices are to be signed by the Chapter Chairperson.
