Common use of Local Representatives Clause in Contracts

Local Representatives. Official Time FTE’s will be allocated based upon the actual or projected bargaining unit members at the locations listed below at the time this agreement is made. The number of FTE’s will be reviewed and adjusted annually on the anniversary date of this MLA based on represented population, unless a significant change in population necessitates a mid-year review.
