Local Access. (i) The Grantor shall, on behalf of and upon the request of the Purchaser, obtain telecommunications facilities connecting a Grantor POP to a designated customer of the Purchaser or other third-party ("Local Access"). As applicable, the Purchaser will execute a Letter of Agency authorizing the Grantor to interact directly with the provider or providers of such Local Access.
