Common use of Lobbying Prohibition Clause in Contracts

Lobbying Prohibition. No funds compensation or other resources received in connection with this Contract may be used directly or indirectly to influence legislation or any other official action by the Florida or Federal Legislature or any state or Federal agency. The Contractor further acknowledges that it has not retained the services of any lobbyist or consultant to assist in the procurement and negotiation of this Contract.
