LOAN PROVISIONS Section 2.01. AHIF Loan. The Borrower hereby agrees to borrow the AHIF Loan from the County Board, and the County Board hereby, in reliance upon the Borrower’s representations, warranties and covenants herein, agrees to loan to the Borrower the AHIF Loan in the original principal amount of Eight Hundred Twelve Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($812,000), subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the other AHIF Loan Documents.
