Loan Administrator. Any function required or permitted to be performed hereunder by the Lender may, in the Lender’s sole determination and upon notice to the Borrower, be performed by the Loan Administrator. After such notice to the Borrower, the Borrower shall deal solely with the Loan Administrator with respect to such matters.
