Common use of Loan Activity Report Clause in Contracts

Loan Activity Report. Sellers hereby acknowledge that by the 10th Business Day of each calendar month, Sellers will furnish to Buyer (i) an Asset Schedule and (ii) a loan activity report comprised of the information set forth in Exhibit M attached hereto.
