Living Stipend. During Executive’s employment hereunder, Executive shall be entitled to a monthly living stipend of $3,000, payable each calendar month, until (a) December 31, 2011 or (b) Executive completes the Relocation, whichever comes first.

Travelling Allowance Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.

Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training.
