Common use of Liquidity Coverage Clause in Contracts

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of unrestricted cash on deposit with Bank or Bank’s Affiliates plus Eligible Accounts to outstanding Obligations of not less than 1.50:1.00.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of (i) Borrower’s unrestricted and unencumbered cash on deposit with at Bank or Bank’s Affiliates plus Eligible Accounts to (ii) the aggregate amount of outstanding Obligations of not less than Borrower to Bank, of at least 1.50:1.00.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of (i) unrestricted cash on deposit with Bank or Bank’s Affiliates plus Eligible Accounts to outstanding Obligations (ii) all Indebtedness owing from Borrower to Bank of not less than 1.50:1.00at least 1.90 to 1.0.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of unrestricted cash (and ------------------ equivalents) plus 50% of Borrower's accounts receivable, as stated on deposit Borrower's balance sheet, divided by all outstanding debt with Bank or Bank’s Affiliates plus Eligible Accounts to outstanding Obligations of not less than 1.50:1.003.00 to 1.00.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of unrestricted cash on deposit with (i) Liquidity to (ii) all Indebtedness owing from Borrower to Bank or Bank’s Affiliates plus Eligible Accounts of at least 1.90 to outstanding Obligations of not less than 1.50:1.001.0.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of unrestricted cash on deposit with and Cash Equivalents at Bank or Bank’s Affiliates plus Eligible Accounts to outstanding Obligations all Indebtedness owed to Bank of not less than 1.50:1.001.25:1.00.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of unrestricted cash on deposit with Bank or Bank’s Affiliates (and equivalents) plus Eligible Accounts to accounts receivables divided by outstanding Obligations of not less than 1.50:1.001.25 to 1.00.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of unrestricted cash on deposit with Bank or Bankplus the amount equal to 80% of Borrower’s Affiliates plus Eligible Accounts to outstanding the amount of the Obligations of not less than 1.50:1.001.25:1.00.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of (i) unrestricted cash on deposit with Bank or Bank’s Affiliates plus Eligible Accounts to outstanding Obligations (ii) all Indebtedness owing from Borrower to Bank of not less than 1.50:1.00at least 2.0 to 1.0.

Liquidity Coverage. A ratio of unrestricted cash on deposit with (and equivalents) held at Bank or Bank’s Affiliates plus Eligible all of Borrower's Accounts divided by unpaid Equipment Advances plus any other indebtedness owing to outstanding Obligations Bank of not less than 1.50:1.001.50 to 1.00.
