Common use of Limits of the Contractor’s Obligations Defined Clause in Contracts

Limits of the Contractor’s Obligations Defined. It is understood that, in the application of the foregoing Sections 9.01, 9.02, and 9.03, the Contractor’s obligations shall be limited to repair and reconstruction of the damaged facilities to, as nearly as possible, a condition and quality as existed at the commencement of the Contract Term hereunder. Redecoration and replacement of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and supplies shall also be the responsibility of the Contractor and any such redecoration and refurnishing/reequipping shall be of equivalent quality to that originally installed hereunder.
