Limited Conditions Accepted. The Employer shall not subcontract work performed by members of the bargaining unit except when: 1. The Employer lacks special equipment or tools for performing the work. 2. The location of the work is in a geographical area which is not effectively covered by the Employer. The Employer shall provide all relevant information to document the validity of such exceptions.
