Limitations on Registration on Request. The Purchasers shall be entitled to require the Company to effect, and the Company shall be required to effect, three registrations in the aggregate pursuant to this Section 2.1.

Notwithstanding anything in this Section 4.1 to the contrary, in no event will (i) the Company be required to effect more than one registration pursuant to Section 4.1(a) within any 180 day period or (ii) the Requesting Stockholder be entitled to more than five registrations in the aggregate pursuant to Section 4.1(a); unless in the case of clause (d)(ii) above such Requesting Stockholder agrees to pay all of the costs and expenses of each such additional registration (unless either (x) a registration so requested is not deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 4.1(c) for a reason not attributable to the Requesting Stockholder or any of its Affiliates or (y) the number of shares of Common Stock sought to be included by such Requesting Stockholder in such registration is reduced by more than 25% pursuant to the provisions of Section 4.2(b)).

Notwithstanding anything in this Section 2.1 to the contrary, the Company shall not be required to effect, in the aggregate pursuant to this Section 2.1, without regard to the Holder making such request, more than two registrations during any twelve month period.

Each holder, as of the date hereof, of more than 10% of the Registrable Securities shall be entitled to demand at least one registration pursuant to this Section 1.1 and provided further that any registration in which the number of securities to be sold by any selling shareholder are limited pursuant to Section 1.1(f) shall not count as a registration for purposes of this Section 1.1(h). For purposes of this Section, the Purchasers shall be treated as a single holder.

Mitsui shall be entitled to require the Company to effect, and the Company shall be required to effect, two (2) registrations in the aggregate pursuant to this Section 2.1, provided, however, that the aggregate offering value of the shares to be registered pursuant to any such registration shall be at least $10,000,000 unless Mitsui then owns shares with an aggregate value of less than $10,000,000 (in which case such lesser number of shares may be registered).

Notwithstanding anything in this Section 1 to the contrary, the Company shall not be required to effect a registration pursuant to this Section 1 within the six (6)-month period occurring immediately subsequent to the effectiveness (within the meaning of Section 1(d) hereof) of a registration statement filed pursuant to this Section 1.
Limitations on Registration on Request. The Forstmann Little Partnerships shall be entitled to require Parent to effect, and Parent shall be required to effect, six registrations in the aggregate pursuant to this Section 2.1, PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aggregate offering value of the shares to be registered pursuant to any such registration shall be at least $15,000,000 unless the Forstmann Little Partnerships then own shares with an aggregate value less than $15,000,000 (in which case such lesser number of shares may be registered).
