Limitation on Meal Breaks. In no case shall any work period exceed nine (9) hours without a meal break. When a production breeches (9) hours from general crew call or return from lunch, a punishment of 3X meal penalty will be paid retro-active to the 6-hour xxxx. In no case shall any Employee be given less than thirty (30) minutes for any meal period.
