Light Duty Classification. As a result of contract negotiations, the parties agree to add a new job classification to be entitled, “Light Duty.” This position will be made available to all individuals receiving workers’ compensation in accordance with the requirements of Ohio law. The requirements to qualify for this classification are set forth below. Effective July 1, 2014, a light duty classification will be added to the job classes at the City of Cortland Fire Department.
