Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. §1 The Hospital will continue to provide full-time and part-time employees with regularly scheduled hours of forty (40) or more per pay period life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment plans in accordance with the CNE Flexible Benefit Plan. The Hospital will continue to pay the full cost of basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage. Employee will continue to pay the full cost of supplemental and dependent coverage.
