Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. The City shall continue to provide each bargaining unit employee with a group term life insurance policy in an amount equal to twice the employee’s gross base annual salary, rounded to the nearest one thousand dollars ($1,000) increment, at no cost to the employee. The City shall also continue providing each bargaining unit employee with an Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance policy in an amount equal to twice the employee’s gross annual salary, rounded to the nearest one thousand dollars ($1,000) increment, at no cost to the employee.
