Life Flight Sample Clauses

The Life Flight clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities related to emergency air medical transportation for individuals covered under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines when and how a life flight service may be activated, who is authorized to request it, and which party bears the associated costs. Its core practical function is to ensure that in the event of a critical medical emergency, there is a clear and immediate process for arranging rapid air evacuation, thereby minimizing delays and confusion during urgent situations.
Life Flight. The District will reimburse employees $35.00 toward the cost of LifeFlight membership for the employee and their immediate family. It will be the responsibility of the employee to sign up with LifeFlight and show proof of membership to receive the reimbursement.
Life Flight. The Board of Trustees will provide annual membership in the Life Flight Network LLC program to all permanent employees of the district.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living at your premises requires life support equipment, you must register the premises with your retailer or with us. To register, you will need to give written confirmation from a registered medical practitioner of the requirement for life support equipment at the premises. (b) You must tell us or your retailer if the life support equipment is no longer required at the premises.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 ▇▇▇▇▇ per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts.

  • System Upgrade Facilities Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
