LIE DETECTOR. The Employer shall not require, request or suggest that an employee or applicant for employment take a polygraph or any other form of lie detector test.
LIE DETECTOR. The University will not require or request an employee of this bargaining unit to take a lie detector test.
LIE DETECTOR. No employee shall be required to take any form of lie detector test as a condition of employment.
