Licensor Performance Obligations. (a) Availability of Licensed Materials – Within 30 days, Licensor shall make the Licensed Materials available to Licensee and Authorized Users. (b) Support – General access support will be provided by CALEA staff and technical support will be provided by IDS where required. (c) IDS PowerDMS Standards – Licensees using IDS PowerDMS Standards will receive all technical support from IDS as defined within the IDS licensing agreement.
