Common use of Licenses and Technical Documentation Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Technical Documentation. a. The Supplier grants the licenses to the Customer for the technology as set forth in Article 4. Such licenses shall be non transferable except as specified in Article 23. The intellectual property rights associated with such licenses shall be owned by the Supplier or the Supplier's subcontractors and suppliers.
