Common use of LICENSES AND LAWS Clause in Contracts

LICENSES AND LAWS. 36 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 37 the term of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, accreditations, 1 waivers, and exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and required by the laws, 2 regulations and requirements of the United States, the State of California, COUNTY, and all other 3 applicable governmental agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in 5 permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, accreditations, waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be 6 cause for termination of this Agreement.
