Common use of LICENSES AND LAWS Clause in Contracts

LICENSES AND LAWS. 17 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 18 of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, waivers and 19 exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and required by the laws and 20 regulations of the United States, State of California, COUNTY, and any other applicable governmental 21 agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability 23 certificates, waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.
