CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 3 the term of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, 4 accreditations, waivers, and exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and 5 required by the laws, regulations and requirements of the United States, the State of California, 6 COUNTY, and all other applicable governmental agencies.
