LICENSES AND LAWS. 10 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 11 of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, waivers, and 12 exemptions necessary for the provision of services hereunder and required by the laws and regulations of 13 the United States, the State of California, COUNTY, and any other applicable governmental agencies. 14 CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability to obtain or 15 maintain, irrespective of the pendency of an appeal, such permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, 16 waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.

CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 18 the term 11 of this Agreement, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, 19 accreditations, waivers, and 12 exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and 20 required by the laws and, regulations and regulations requirements of 13 the United States, the State of California, 21 COUNTY, and any anyall other applicable governmental agencies. 14 CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in writing of its inability to obtain or 15 maintainaccreditations, irrespective of the 23 pendency of an appealappealany hearings or appeals, such permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, 16 24 waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be cause for termination of this Agreement.
