Common use of LICENSES AND LAWS Clause in Contracts

LICENSES AND LAWS. 16 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees, affiliates, and subcontractors shall, throughout 17 the term of this Contract, maintain all necessary licenses, permits, approvals, certificates, accreditations, 18 waivers, and exemptions necessary for the provision of the services hereunder and required by the laws, 19 regulations and requirements of the United States, the State of California, COUNTY, and all other 20 applicable governmental agencies. CONTRACTOR shall notify ADMINISTRATOR immediately and in 22 permits, licenses, approvals, certificates, accreditations, waivers and exemptions. Said inability shall be 23 cause for termination of this Contract.
