LICENSEE INITIALS. E. It is Licensee’s sole responsibility to make arrangements with and pay any third party vendor (caterer, musicians, or other service provider) providing services for the Event. However, Licensee shall provide Licensor with a copy of any contracts that Licensee enters into with such third party vendors. Licensee agrees to provide all third party vendors with a copy of this Agreement and will ensure that all third party vendors comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
