Liaisons. Each party will designate an individual to serve as the liaison between the parties to undertake and coordinate any day-to-day communications as may be required between the parties relating to their activities under this Agreement. Each party may change such liaison from time to time during the term of this Agreement upon written notice thereof to the other party.
