Liability for Compromising the Lockbox System. No Participant or Subscriber shall be required to lease an access device or utilize the lockbox system made available by the MLS. In the event of a violation of these Rules and Regulations, the Participant or Subscriber shall be fully liable for the cost of re-establishing the security of the lockbox system if it is determined that the security has been compromised through the negligence or fault of any holder of any access device issued to such person.
