Liability for all card transactions. Subject to clause 9.3, you are liable for all card transactions effected by the use of the card at an ATM whether with or without your knowledge or authority, save in the case of our or our employees’ fraud, gross negligence or wilful default.

You are liable for all unauthorized Card transactions, whether they are effected as a result of the unauthorized use of the Card, the PIN and/or the TBS Access Code or otherwise. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your liability for all unauthorized transactions on your Card which are effected prior to you notifying us shall be limited to S$100 provided:-

You are liable for all unauthorized card transactions effected following such loss, theft or disclosure, whether they are effected as a result of the unauthorized use of the card, any MCCA check (if we have granted you the MasterCard Check Access Facility), the PIN and/ or the TBS Access Code or otherwise but provided that if we are satisfied that such loss, theft or disclosure is not due to your negligence or default and that you have fully complied with clauses 9.1 and 9.2, we may agree at our absolute discretion to waive entirely or limit to such amount determined by us from time to time, your liability for all unauthorized card transactions made after our receipt of your notification to us under clause 9.2, provided that such waiver or limitation shall not apply to cash advances.
Liability for all card transactions. The Cardholder shall be liable for all unauthorized Card Transactions effected following such loss, theft or disclosure, whether they are effected as a result of the unauthorized use of the Card, the PIN or otherwise and whether with or without negligence or default on the part of the Cardholder but provided that if the Bank is satisfied that such loss, theft or disclosure is not due to the Cardholder’s negligence or default and that the Cardholder has fully complied with clauses 10.1 and 10.2, the Bank may agree (but shall be under no obligation to do so) at the Bank’s sole and absolute discretion to waive entirely or limit so such amount determined by the Bank from time to time, the Cardholder’s liability to the Bank for all unauthorized Card Transactions a result of any occurrence as per clause 10.2, provided that such waiver or limitation shall not apply to Cash Advances.

CTM Singapore shall not be responsible for any unauthorised card transactions effected following any loss, theft, fraud or disclosure, whether they are effected as a result of the unauthorised use of the card, the PIN and/or security access code(s) if applicable or otherwise but provided that such loss, theft or disclosure is not due to negligence or default by CTM Singapore. At all times, the Company shall be liable for all unauthorised card transactions made regardless of whether credit card information given in writing, email or otherwise by Authorized Person(s) to CTM Singapore, for the purposes of making payment for Services rendered to the Company, regardless of whether the Company has signed any credit card application form with CTM Singapore or entered into any travel services agreement with CTM Singapore. At all times, it shall be the duty of the Company to notify CTM Singapore of changes to the names and contact particulars, including email addresses of Authorized Person(s).
Liability for all card transactions. Cash Advance A disbursement of cash in any currency obtained by using the credit card. Card Account An account opened and maintained with us in respect of the credit card. If supplementary card(s) is/are issued, the card account for sums incurred in respect of the principal card and all supplementary cards shall be opened in the name of the principal cardmember. Card Account Statement A statement of account issued by us in respect of your card account reflection the current balance outstanding, the minimum payment due for the specified period and such other information and/or particulars as we may include from time

The Cardholder shall only be allowed to use the Card or the PIN at an automatic teller machine (“ATM”) for making cash withdrawals and other Card Transactions upon special written request written made by the Corporate Account Holder. The Bank may, in the Bank’s absolute discretion, accept or reject the Corporate Account Xxxxxx’s request to use the Card or the PIN at an ATM without giving any reason. Without prejudice to any of the Corporate Account Holder’s obligations and liabilities hereunder, the Corporate Account Holder and Cardholder shall be jointly and severally liable for all Card Transactions effected by the use of the Card by that Cardholder or the PIN at an ATM or otherwise with or without the Corporate Account Holder or the Cardholder’s knowledge or authority.
