Level Two Procedure. a. If the Grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the Grievance at Level One, the Grievant may request a hearing before the Superintendent by executing Grievance Form No. 3 within ten school days. After this time period, the grievant waives any right to appeal under this procedure. b. The Superintendent shall conduct a hearing with the Grievant within 15 school days after the receipt of Form No. 3. The Superintendent shall consider any statements the Grievant may make, as well as Grievance forms. c. The Superintendent shall render a written decision concerning the Grievance within five school days following the conclusion of the hearing by executing Grievance Form No. 4.
