Common use of Level One Clause in Contracts

Level One. A teacher alleging a violation of the express provisions of this contract shall within ten (10) days of its alleged occurrence (or the time the teacher had knowledge of the occurrence), orally discuss the grievance with the program administrator in an attempt to resolve same. If no resolution is obtained within three (3) days of the discussion, the teacher shall reduce the grievance to writing and proceed within seven (7) days of said discussion to Level Two.

Level One. A teacher alleging a teacher, believing himself wronged by an alleged violation of the express provisions of this contract contract, shall within ten fifteen (1015) days of its alleged occurrence (or the time the teacher had knowledge of the occurrence), orally discuss the grievance with the program administrator building principal and an Association representative in an attempt to resolve same. If no resolution is obtained within three (3) days of the discussion, the teacher grievance shall reduce the grievance be reduced to writing and proceed submitted within seven ten (710) days of said discussion discussion, to Level Two.
