Common use of Level One Clause in Contracts

Level One. a. An employee may, within five (5) work days of the occurrence of the grievance, orally discuss the matter with the Director of Building and Grounds or the Supervisor of Food Service, as appropriate, and if requested, a trustee of the Association, with the objective of resolving the matter informally. If the problem is not resolved to the employee’s satisfaction, he/she may:
